Refund policy

 

RETURN, EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT POLICY - We do NOT offer REFUNDS.

We want you to absolutely LOVE your purchase from Lula Balou!  

That said, we do accept returns as long as they meet the following criteria: 



  • Items must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the order.  An email must be sent to INFO@LULABALOU.COM that includes your order number, date and reason for exchange. 


  • Items must be in original packaging and in new and unworn condition with all tags still attached.   


  • Customer will be refunded in shop credit (minus the initial cost of shipping) and will be required to pay for shipping back to Lula Balou.  Returns are processed once a week so please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed.  You will be issued credit through the email that the order was placed. 


  • All accessories, Intimates and sale items are FINAL SALE! 


  • If a final sale item is shipped back to Lula Balou, the items will be marked "return to sender" and returned via the shipping carrier at the expense of the customer.  Lula Balou holds no liability on tracking the package once it leaves our facility.  

Also, we suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us. Your online order must be returned through the mail and NOT dropped off to the store/s. Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1-3 business days, at which time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping times may differ according to the availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or holidays.
